Finally looks like im there, certificate of completion received today by e mail,happy days time to move forward,Can anyone tell me where you need to send it, credit agencies etc thankyou!!!!

The first reason was the vat issue i think(was a long time ago)before that issue was resolved the ppi issues came into play which they have been chasing since and still are.Now they say they can close while chasing ppi due to a variation meeting,but surprise surprise theres going to be more of a del...

soon be 8 years into my IVA can honestly say deciding to enter this arrangement was the biggest mistake of my life!!!!

hi tina,I finished paying over two years ago,but they have been chasing ppi claims since.
They have just told me they have sent of a variation to the creditors where if they agree they can issue a certifacate while chasing ppi,So things seem to be moving on just incredibly slow

By the sounds of you know more than i do ,All i know its in the hands of vardens solicitors(which is all i ever get told) but it is a lengthy document so it will take some time to get sorted.I could understand if i had just finished but an extra 2 years seems to be very unfair.

Varden nuttalls are still not closing cases with outstanding ppi claims,Its in the hands of there solicitors is what i am being told,but with most ppi claims replied to well over 6 months ago surely there must be something that can be done to press for a reply from this company we are waiting for,wh...

Yes it is mis sold ppi where one company seem not interested in replying to the claim which was started well over 12 months ago,Surely they must have responded to the claim by now,also i have been told that theres meetings taking place with regards to deed of assignm...

Now into the 73rd month of my agreement and still no nearer completion due to delays in ppi claims.
Im getting no answers from varden nuttalls is there anything i can do to push things forward?
Any help would be very welcome.

Im with varden nuttals,I think theres just one company not replying to the ppi claim which is causing delay.

Just wondered if it will continue past the seventh year.

Can an iva go longer than 7 years?

I Started the arrangment on the 24th of april 2006 and Still waiting for cc due to ppi claims,Will i still have to wait for all ppi monies to be paid in or will it be finished on the 7th year?

Any information would be great.

Is the outcome of this process likely to be sorted in the near future or is this going to be another lengthy delay as is with the ppi claim?
