As title, is it okay for me to write to all my creditors and show them my total income & total debts and how much I can afford to pay them each (pro rota), and then send that letter to all of them? And is it safe for me to also inform them I plan to apply for an IVA or should I keep that to myself? ...

As title really, is this a requirement to pay whatever you can to lenders while your IVA is processed / So if lenders try to call and ask for payments, are you safe to decline and state that you have applied for an IVA?

Do you have to complete an extra year of your IVA if you cannot access equity through remortgage? Are there reasons in which this can be changed and the IVA finalised? What if you received PPI while in an IVA and you sign this letter giving them rights to look into it and they see what PPI you've already claimed for, will that void an IVA?
