Cheers for that Kelly... very helpful as usual.

Just to confirm.. when completion certifiate comes then check credit files and ensure the date is correct and then would I repeat this 6 years later? or would that not be necessary?

Also would I send them a copy of the certificate or the original?

I am with Nationwide... does this mean 'hopefully' if my IVA goes through they will close my account?

Just to add Nationwide are not one of my creditors.
