Unfortunately those of who have been waiting longest are not being dealt with first. This is my main point of contention. If there's a queue I'll be in it as patient as the rest of them, but this is not the case. Take a breath and a brown ale, ha ha, and delve into the previous posts and you'll see ...

I am certainly not thowing scorn on anyones attempt to help and support this forum. That is exactly what I am doing myself and not only for myself. But it is important to advise new posters with my own experience, JPS, Winston, Merlin etc etc. As I have said if someone had said to me complain with a...

Geordie. My point exactly I have agreed to sign anything required to get my CC and no paperwork has ever turned up. Yet I read on this forum of people who receive their certificates in double quick time. 8 weeks in one case. How can I resolve a PPI query when I have nothing to deal with. I'm here, I...

Yes agreed but surely it would be more productive to source a resolution. Merlin L14's suggestion is probably more practical to complain than do nothing. Your attempts to help are simply platitudes and empty gestures and whatever you may think you are actually doing. If I had the advice, a year ago,...

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that.
Some debtors have had their Ccs after 8 weeks whilst some of us have waited 13 months!
You are even longer than that but at 7 months, as a previous poster has said, is actually not bad

Winston. My research has shown me that yes GT have breached their terms, but hey what can we do? You will of course get copious amounts of advice by posters about the "problems" at GT. But they are normally by those who have either received their CCs or even those who have not even completed their a...

Mark 2.
You have my sympathies and as I have said already on this forum it is not about individuals but the overall concept. It seems others get their CCs when Karol intervenes, regardless of how long they have waited yet others who have waited longer get nothing. How can that be?

Sorry I jumped a post there. Yes indeed and i agree they should be dealing with their clients complaints, but they are not doing so. This constant defence of Karol for example, I have not received a reply. The whole point of a public forum is to air these grievences not brush them under a carpet.......

But as you say Melanie, (and I agree after seeking advice), there is no clear reason why GT need a variation at all. You and other IPs have been able to deal with PPI without a variation and progress to issuing CCs quite easily. Why have GT been unable to do this?

Is anyone interested in why we are waiting for our CCs? Here is an interesting article on them buying RSM/Tenon in October 2012. 10 MONTHS after my last payment!!!!!!!! Why are they behind on their obligations, sheer greed and incompetence! http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2213102/grant-thornto...
