Hi Philip, where did you hear about the March variation meeting? I haven't heard that and I'm with GT, nor have I received any paperwork or phonecall from their PPI company either. But they did say that's what they were planning.

I really don't get the complete lack of conformity of behaviour within the IP industry. Although we do seem to have some solid professionals on this forum there are also it seems others out there who are not. The complete disregard for issuing CCs on time for example can have a catastrophic affect o...

I am in the same boat waiting for paperwork. How long does it take, let's say there are a few thousand. That would take a few days max to send out, not weeks!!!!!!!!

Yes well done but who was it with? Also "12 months to go" who was yours with, 8 months seems good too?
Mine is now 13 months from last payment!

Congratulations on getting your certificate. Can I ask who you had your IVA with? Presumably not with GT but 3 months from last payment is very good whoever it was with. The simple fact that there is such a lucky draw with debtors as to whom they chose as their IP is a scandal. That is a good questi...

Sorry to put a spanner in the works but, yes they were ok during the term for me too, bar me chasing for a few things. But, and a big but, their duty doesn't just stop there , they also have to close it within the terms of the agreement! The last year for me is much worse and stressful than the prec...

I didn't hear back from Karol but did from someone else. The answers were not satisfactory and I have asked for clarification on a number of points. The PPI issue response was similar to yours and is a cut and paste from a letter posted on the Forum on 30th January by another poster, when they said ...

I understand that it may be quicker with a F&F but how do they get around the PPI issue I wonder? If they are waiting for clarification and about to send out forms to all of us in closure how can they issue a CC to "Alibongo"?

This is what I don't get!. How can they be issuing you a CC whilst all the rest of us have to wait for this PPI nonsense to be sorted out? Mine's over 12 months now since last payment so we're both in a similar timeframe.Perhaps you didn't have PPI, neither did I. But nevertheless big congratulations.

Could you clarify a point anyone please, Kelly O says 6 years from date of acceptance but Scon 12 is saying show your CC for removal from credit record. Which is correct, as the Grant Thornton fiasco is that they are not issuing CCs even though the full terms of the agreement have been met? Mine is ...

They are often on the Forum. If you go to their profile it tells you when they were on.i.e today. Karol has responded to a query earlier from a new member.

Thanks Andy. I am really really at the end of the line with this. I followed Madeleines advice and wrote to Karol nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing!. Yet she is on this Forum answering queries posted an hour before by new members. It is though longer and more outstanding debtors are being ignored over ...

I have had no reply to my written complaint to GT and no call from their PPi company or correspondence from them. I agree they will be on Watchdog soon as they have clearly broken many of their agreements on the time element alone. In addition there will be claims of unfair treatment with regard to ...
