Hi all, i successfully finished a five year IVA in November 2014. THe IVA began in November 2008. I am hoping to start rebuilding my credit but have found on my equifax report 3 current defaults (one from November 2009). How could this happen? where do i start at tidying it all up? All advice welcom...

I have incurred inland revenue fines and a tax credit overpayment of about £2000. Can the hmrc take this out of my tax code whilst I'm in an IVA or can I include it? These were not intentional debts.

Hi, hope someone can help, my IP have amended the amount i need to pay each month. Although my pay has increased the cost of living has too, however they wont take that into account. Is there something i can do?
