So here we are, and another month, and still no sigh of any CC. I have been sent a reply from my second complaint letter, not really addressing the issues I asked for, but stating quite clearly, that the 'second' Mass variation meeting was happening in June, and after that meeting, some 21 day later...

OK, I have (wow!) received a email back from my enquiry only sent at lunch time... Apparently, even though I have no PPI, there is an issue with VAT refunds, and have to wait for the MVM which are happening at the end of May and June. Personally, I thought the VAT issue was sorted last year??? perha...

Another month....(well almost).. still no reply from my second complaint letter (yet), 4 days to go.. So I rang and kindly asked the customer rep to email Paul Madden and remind him of the impending deadline. I was told that, even though I have no outstanding PPI claim (this has been confirmed by EI...

Soooo... after another email asking what's going on, got the same evasive reply (from closure team). Spoke with IPA, but they advised me to follow GT's complaint procedure, to 'allow them opportunity' to resolve/explain their actions. A second letter (there is a 3 tier complaints system) is now with...

The only times mentioned was that it should take 2 months to arrange a variation meeting with respect to PPI, this was over 2 months ago. I rang yesterday (customer services) and was told there was no new additional info they could give me. So, again, I am no better off. It also did not state how lo...

I have received a letter from my complaint from Mark Allen. Whilst it attempts to explain why there has been such a massive hold up, I am unsure how much of it is truth and how much is 'whitewash'/'fudge factor'. If I were to scan it, would someone who knows about these things, be able to look it ov...

@mumsmushroom who or what is MoJ , and how do I contact them?? Anything I can do to try and get GT to do what they are meant to do would be welcomed. I would also say that it was EIC that I spoke with, not anyone from GT, its been over Two months and no further info from them is forthcoming. I reall...

Ok, GT will not allow a CC until PPI claim has been dealt with. I have just spoken to one of their reps, who, even though I had filled out and signed many forms, had to go through each and everyone, again. To top it off, because I was unsure of one or two details, they have to request further info f...

..another month, and no further forward. Things are still 'progressing'... (the complaint response looked to be a 'standard letter' no particular info that pointed to my case specifically. Just another 'meat in the grinder' 'lets fob them off' type letter..) Time since last payment: 16 months Time u...

as an update, no further forward with GT. After taking advice from financial ombudsman, and office of fair trading, have put in a written complaint. They have 8 weeks to reply... so i guess at the rate they go after 7 weeks 6 days they will indicate that on a form somewhere i forgot to 'cross and t'...

@Foggy, i cant help but notice your count-down. If you are with GT, i would add atleast another 12 months to that...

Firstly, i am new to this forum. But having read some of the threads, had to join. I am at my 'wits end', and if i had much hair, would be pulling it out. My situation is almost identical to 'ggm1981'. We (my wife and I) followed to the letter our IVA agreement. We made our last payment in the first...
