I quite agree. If a client is 100% sure that there is no PPI then surely a waiver letter would suffice? There has to be an element of trust from the IP!

Totally agree with you MJS, I don't understand why someone would resent paying a higher dividend. Afterall, you've borrowed the money, surely there's a moral obligation to repay what you can?

The only way you'll be able to keep your number is to either keep up with your repayments or buy your way out of the contract. There's no way the Vodafone are going to issue you with a PAC code if you're not paying your bill. Also, one thing you'll need to do it to arrange a new contract with a diff...

Have Moorcroft tend to only collect on behalf of the original creditor. Have they actually purchased the debt? If not, then your IP needs to liaise with the original creditor instead of them.

The fairest way of doing this is to split the household costs equally proportionate to your own monthly income. IE: If you earn 75% of the household income, then your contribution to the household costs would be 75% and your partners 25%.

An IP for a well known IVA company was fined circa £10,000 not so long ago for failing to arrange for IVA's to be added to the insolvency register.

Another fine example of 'pressure selling'. There's no guarantee that you can remortgage or refinance. An IVA on your credit file will ensure that it's nigh on impossible for you to obtain any form of credit. I'd query this with Harrington Brooks if I were you, it's wrong for them to guarantee this....

Yes, usually to prove the income that you're receiving. A copy of the latest award notice should suffice.
