I made my final payment of my IVA on Oct 2nd. A week later I received a PPI refund, which got sent to the IVA administrators. I have been advised that this refund should not be included in the IVA because I had made the final payment so the I had kept to the agreement but they have taken over £700 ...

OK cheers. I wasn't given all my options when I first made contact. I have asked on several occasions for my monthly payment to be lowered. These requests have been ignored. With no pay rise and no overtime, I am struggling to survive. I have made a complaint but was unsuccessful.

If I have been in an IVA for nearly two years, but I am unhappy with the way it is being run, can I transfer the IVA to another debt management organisation?
