you have managed to save a lot of money for your creditors which is great. i am not well and my husband suffers from stress too. this is one of the reasons why we couldn't deal with it ourselves, plus we didnt have any paperwork and to be fair, when the PPIs claims first came out there wasn't a lot ...

Hi Mel please don't get me wrong, if people do the work on your behalf then of course they should be paid. Its just in our case, an agent on behalf of our IP told us (because i believe there was no PPI claims department in place at the time) that we had to deal with our PPI claims and to let them kn...

As for the ppi claims, we wAnt the creditors to gain from them, not us or IPs if they havent done the work for the claims. We declined the 500 on the basis it should be for the creditors.

The main problem we have is the information we were given...

We were waiting for the phone call at the meeting and wasnt called until a while after (think it was about 3 hours) to be told that the iva was agreed and that my hubby was for five years and mine for six years. When I expressed my concern over this I was told I had no choice if I wanted the iva?

the creditors were not told about the wage decrease, and i asked repeatly what happens when we reached that stage. i was told not to worry, as they could sort it out when it happens. its happened, now been advised we cannot afford to keep up the payments (which we obviously knew) and bankruptcy is g...

could anyone please tell me the answer to this question.
If you provide the correct information to set up an IVA and also advise the income you are presently receiving will decrease in two years time, should the IVA still be set up?

Why they didnt send a noose or a sharp blade at the same time? Its the first correspondence from them since sept, just a coincidence of timin...
