When exactly does a bankrupt person start the IPA in Bankruptcy is it after you are discharged or soon after the or meeting .

I realise this is in the wrong place now ... does anyone know how would the car stand in bankruptcy. worth between £3500-£4000 but owe £1500 on car repayment amount is £195 got 8 months left , work shifts and travel all over the north west to different stations , Do you think hubby could keep car? n_b

[:(] A CREDITCARD Company have just phoned requesting immediate payment, explained in process of IVA and they said we know we've had your letter etc explaining this but as you ( meaning me) haven't provided a court Date yet!!!
