That wasn't all the fees, they were the ones above the supervisor fee. They didn't do anything with the ppi, I got the money and it was paid before the transfer from pjg. They have done nothing to earn that money yet and as the fees have been forced on them since the transfer I don't think the credi...

I know I shouldn't be concerned about this given that I am now done but feel that for the very short period of time and effort they have put into my case this shouldn't be allowed. I've had my rant (poor man on the other end of the phone) and made others aware, not that they can do anything about it...

I have had confirmation today that my final payment is due out at the beginning of March. The email has made my week and there will be celebrations when that payment has gone and I can cancel the SO. It's been a long slog but light at the end of the tunnel now. I just wonder how long it will take Cr...

My January payment failed to make it into the bank account and was returned to me by my bank saying account closed. I emailed my contact about this within a day of receiving the payment back and am still waiting for a response. Clearly they have no idea whats going on and I do feel so sorry for the ...

Lesley, sorry only just seen your reply. I have got the agreement in writing but this didn't seem to matter to Creditfix. Very annoyed as when you think you have a little money coming to ease worries you get excited for it all to go belly up. Now Creditfix seem to want to change my T&Cs to allow for...

Hi All Just so some of you are aware! I had a PPI claim which PJG agreed to split 50/50. After sitting on the signed letter for the bank for 5 months this was finally sent and the amount paid to PJG about 6 weeks ago. However, since my case has transferred to Creditfix I have been chasing my half of...

I'm afraid my experience with them has been just as expected given previous comments. I emailed them last Friday and am still waiting for a reply. A PPI payment made to PJG at the end of October and I am still waiting for my share - if it was the other way around then I'm sure this would not be allo...
