Yes I did. I emailed them and they called me back. Told them I wasn't happy about supplying bank statements.

I've just had a letter today saying I haven't sent any forms back to them - I've not received any! I think my annual review was due in Feb

Yes that might be a good idea. I've been with them for years.

OK I really don't think I'll be able to upgrade on O2 Refresh as it's a credit agreement for the phone. Oh well.

nffc - was this in the new system where you have to buy the phone over an interest free term though? If you go to the upgrade page and try to get a new phone without paying for it outright it does say a credit check is done.

To be honest I've been upgrading for years with bad credit, so hopefully should be ok. I'm a bit sceptical though!
