All creditors agreed but MBNA asked for extra money but because all of the others agreed my monthly payment etc is as originally stated.

Apparently the creditors have asked for a little bit more money from my IP i.e. so they dont get quite as much commission, but none of that affects my payments.

tbh I have already done my PPI claims a year or so ago, so I doubt they will find anymore. But you never know.

from reading lot of peoples posts it looks like PPI is the big hold up. Please correct me if im wrong but my IP has said that if the IVA is accepted they will perform PPI straight away and give me the first £500 and then share the rest between the creditors. Would this mean that if my IVA is approve...

Noticed today that my Lloyds tsb accounts which are part of my IVA have been removed from the online banking.

Virgin credit cards have de-activated my card

Barclays haven't don't anything with the online account as of yet.

I had to agree to this when applying for my IVA. Although I have claimed back all of my PPI already.

I think they said that if any PPI was reclaimed, I would get the first £500.

Had a letter yesterday saying I am over my overdraft (because they have removed them because they have received my IVA proposal).

the letter stated that I would be charged £10 for every day my account was over its overdraft :S eeek
