My last payment was made April 2012, so I am not the longest waiting by far but I had no PPI to claim but did have to go through a variation to deal with VAT issue. However, my IVA was pretty straight forward with all other respects.

In theory, if you have agreed to PPI investigations and signed the mass variation paperwork it should all happen within the 7 months. But this is GT. FYI - the official line from equifax is that an association is only made if credit is applied for in joint names. Experian is less clear.

Some irony in the fact that the IP will expect weekly updates if you pursue your own PPI. You try getting a weekly update from GT when they are doing anything!
