luluj.you get more allowance if its civil service etc,,police nurse etc,,go to the Martin Lewis website, he gives the tax office address to claim,,mine was done in about 5 wks,,

Just to add a small piece of info,,you can go into the Martin Lewis website, here he lists the address of all ppi claims for banks,,i have just writen to them about ppi claims and now await with baited breath,,i also have my cc so will see what happens as there is nothing in my paperwork about ppi c...

Can anyone give me some advice on this dreaded ppi,,GT sent me my cc begining of Dec,saying we,ve signed you off etc etc,,but really they are still trying to claim back overpayments from the creditors,,no one at GT ever mentioned ppi(my last payment was April 2011)so i sent e,mail to the closure tea...

Well BE overpaid my creditors,,and GT took me on just as i was finishing my payments,,so they have had 20 months to chase this overpayment,,same for you i guess,,just ask your ip to sign you of and let them sort it out,,if they can do it for one,they can do it for all,,,
