Oh yes, just a few drinks to celebrate :-). The only credit for me is a remortgage &,a car lease no loans or credit cards.

Sorry if I seem a bit sceptic but with due course. PPI normal time scales are 6 mths. So that will be the first and last form of verbal communications via GT. It then moves onto their closure team. You can only contact them via e mail. Like I said I could never fault GT while I was making payments. ...

They blame PPI for the delay so that is at least 6 mths. What has happened the rest of the year?

Basically, you can email to your hearts content. But it will only get processed when they can be bothered.

I was expecting it to be all done by July/August.

November and another promised date!!!

Same here, I emailed at every time scale. There is no direct dial number just a scripted email.

PPI will take around 6mths. Then it goes through the GT sausage machine of finalising etc......... I guess you will still be on here this time next year.
