That's great to hear because I worried as we're newly marked and really want a family but wud need to pay child care and I was worried we cudnt afford it :( x

I was just wondering what wud happen if you had a baby unexpectedly whole on an iva a needed to pay for childcare etc wud they reduce ur payment at all??

I was in the same boat as u last month worrying that mine wouldn't be accepted but I definitely would agree that they wouldn't be putting it forward if they didn't think it would be accepted.... Mine went through ok after all my worrying.... Good luck and try not to stress x

So does that mean the money I'm left with a month after the iva is paid I can use whatever amount I choose to save??

I was just wondering about savings accounts on an iva and whether it was possible to have one to try and save a bit from out allowance and it not be taken off us at the end... Would it be better to save wi the credit union? I is that traceable as we don't want to save only for it to b taken off us.....

Melanie uv just confirmed what iv been thinking but just seems madness when he doesn't even contribute to the mortgage at all and has no interest in the property now as he's Been moved out for 4 years....

well just a wee update our iva has been accepted and i couldnt be happier its taken such a weight off our minds and just feels amazing to know we can live without debt ruling our lives ... this forum has been great for helping us understand what happens next in this journey ... one question id like ...
