I don't think it applies all of the time. It could be that the 8% you mentioned is that. Lovely ending and enjoy spending that money!! Thanks! No, the 8% I mentioned was the interest on the PPI refund. The 20% tax should be paid by (in this case) First Direct before it's paid over. Apparently this ...

We received our Completion Certificate in February after a 6 year IVA. Our final dividend was 90.35% Last week I was contacted by the company that was looking into PPI claims on behalf of the IVA company that we were awarded a redress of over £20k from First Direct. I contacted the IVA company and t...

We received our completion certificates today. Final dividend was over 90% (Initial proposal was 15%). One thing that was confusing is that the supervisor's fees were over £7,500 but the original Chairman's Report stipulated that they were not to exceed £3,500. Not that it makes any difference to us!

I received a text from CreditFix yesterday saying that the IVA has successfully completed and we will receive our documents shortly. It's a relief now it is over.

My wife and I have made our last payment this week. We started our (interlocking) IVA's in November 2012 and after 6 years (our IVA was for 6 years from the start) and a 3 month payment break when we moved house the payments are finished. It's been a long slog but it's definitely worth it. We are no...

We have been in interlocking IVA's since November 2012. The Creditors agreed to the IVA provided it was extended for an extra year to six. At the time our IP (Melanie) thought that was unfair. How right she was! I've just won £10,000 which will have to be paid in to the IVA. Given that the extension...

I received my annual report today and all the uplift I've paid since moving from PJG to CF has not been credited. I think this is because the reference used on the payments is for a different IVA! Will this be credited or have I been helping someone else's IVA?

I received the letter today about the change in fees. They also mentioned the annual review being completed within two months. That was yesterday and no sign of it yet!

I'm struggling to understand how it was decided which IVAs were transferred as MikeyM and I both started ours on the same day with Mel. Mine went to CF and his stayed!
