Seriously though should not be so freely available, i don't want everyone knowing my personal business.

Hi
I had the same sort of thing this morning, so frustrating isn't it, I phoned left a message on the answerphone basically telling them to check the facts with their client and will be in touch with IVA firm on Monday morning, suggest you do the same and try not to let it spoil your weekend.

Hi I'm really annoyed today I received a letter from a firm of solicitors saying they had been instructed by a collections agency to commence county court proceedings against me for my overdraft which was part of my IVA agreed in October 2007. Hi
My IVA was accepted at end of Oct but have had a couple of letters saying since IVA was accepted they are registering default notices.
Is this right, why do they do it if IVAis registered on file?
Thanks.

Hi
Just wondered what your F&F offer was, we just done ours and ended up with 53.2p/£, remortage for £20,500.
Congrats, but you feel as good as we do now, only 12mths to pay up in now, is it worth paying in early if you can or are you still held to 12mths?
Lisa.
