I do not consider I was mis sold ppi so why would I pursue a claim and it would not help me at all to claim ppi bankruptcy was my last choice

6 years 8 months I feel for you clear debt are in my past not my future thank god nearly cost me my marriage they were not nice at all in the begin they were so nice then nasty at the end

hi great news i have been to court and told them my iva company clear debt were refusing to issue a termination certificate and they said they did not need it and i am now bankrupt they gave them 2 weeks to comply i am now bankrupt i feel clear debt were very cruel by saying i could not go bankrupt ...

Yes they have written to my iva to give them time to object . Put they did say they don't need termination certificate as it is the same court that agreed my iva

thanks we did try very hard to keep to our iva but they would not help when times got hard refusing to lower our monthly payments in the end losing my job meant bankruptcy was only option thank you all for great advice it meant a lot thank you thank you all

I have been to the court and the receptionist was unable to give advice then said she has never known a case go bankrupt with out termination certificate

i have just received forms from my iva company for me too complete so they can claim ppi . will this affect my bankruptcy . and will i be able to go bankrupt with out termination certificate. they have offered me £500 pounds goodwill gesture if we sign the ppi forms is this normal

I have just spoken to clear debt and they will not give me. A termination certificate because they have staff investigating my ppi as demanded by the courts as part of my iva is this correct

can they make me take out ppi claim against my creditors on my iva as part of my iva
