i have completed my iva 2 years ago, one of my creditors has recalculated some ppi and forwarded it onto the company who dealt with my iva, am I entitled to the payment? or does this get distributed to my creditors.

in payplans defence with case officers, since being over 4 years in my iva, a couple of years in dmp previous, i have recieved a good service and response to any issues that have arised in my time being a client...

thanks for your replies, am just worried that the creditor says they are going to off-set it against the debt on the account, i just want to to know if it gets reconised straight away by all who needs to know, and not forgotton about or not paid in the pot!!

will be e-mailing my case officer over the weekend to inform them, and will even send a copy of the letter.. i just really wanted to know whether a payment made directly from a creditor to a account from a ppi refund will show up, and show as a payment into my iva?

i recieved my first refund today, and it stated that they will be off-setting it against the debt on the account, which is no problem, but do i need to inform payplan to let them know this or will they be told by the creditor that an amount is being paid to a certain account??

what is considered a good dividend on an iva??

can the info on my accounts being held by the debt company iam working with, be handed to a completly seperate company they choose to help their clients claim back ppi????

i have never given my debt company permission to disclose my address, date of birth, and especially account numbers, to a ppi company they choose to work with on behalf of clients, is this legal??

can my debt company give another company they decide to claim back ppi for their clients, give out personal details without permision of the account holder??

iam with payplan and my cover is in my income/exspenditure... am also in my final year with payplan..
