OMG that is totally out of order. how on earth can any company do that, hope they get what they deserve. Is there any depths this PPI thing wont go to. Surely this must be having a bad impact on both IVA and PPI claims companies

i did think about that but when the time comes for completion it could cause all sorts of problems. to be honest i didnt thing i had any PPI at all

i know its wrong to tarnish those with the same brush who are doing whats right. there are some, like yourself who give help and advise. so no way did i mean offense to your good self or other IPs on here

Hi Orchid 5. sorry to hear about your problem. at first i thought it was just me but fast realising im not alone. Spent the last few days in a foul mood so much so almost commited road rage( not like me)

and as i said before, because Lloyds didnt break the claim down i have been told that because they cant work out the way they have calculated they can not help me. I was advised i can chase Lloyds so a case of we got our money tuff luck on your behalf.

15% is fair. not all of us are experts in finance or what we would call switched on or fully understand. in my letter it says " we therefore recommend that you pursue these possible compensation claims" no where does it say in this letter i dont have to. i only found this out at a later date.

So just to put some figures down, award £10,000. EiF fees £4,000, Payplan fee unknown yet( waiting for a complete break down of dividents and fees). so without taking off paylans slice leaves £6,000 almost half gone. oh and the debter £0.00 but hold on.. if you get a litte bit from the stat interest...
