We completed our IVA about 4years ago and still receive these .today I received one from Santander who took over Alliance and Leicester with an outstanding balance they said I owed but this was part of the IVA . I thought this was against the law for them to continue after completion .

It took us over 2 years from final payment until we received our certificate but within a week we were off the insolvency register. Good luck it will happen

We made our final payment in may 2011. Signed all the PPI forms in 2012 and received our certificate in July of this year after many excuses . I still can not believe it is finally all over.

2months to wait for your certificate ?? You must be with an excellent company. 2 years has been the norm if you are with a certain company who will be nameless but we all know who they are.
I am totally free now with certificate filed away after a very long wait Good luck

In 2006 we took out an iva as we were up to our eyes in debt. We received our completion certificate 2 weeks ago after a long hard battle but today our names have been taken off the insolvency record. This certainly feels good.

That's right. Ours is back with the closure team again after creditors agreed for closure but that was back in May and we are still waiting
