I basically got credit report from each of the three credit ref agencies and checked all the default dates should be the start date of your IVA so they drop off at the same time. Thanks, I have sent the standard letter to Santander and awaiting response but Experian have worried me saying they will not action anything as there is no default to amend and this will stay on my file. Anyone else had experience with this?
