Can bailiifs turn up at any period at all, if you owe money , to credit cards...........? prior to a iva been starteed i have no assets and live in a rented accomaation, any replies would help . thank you

if you start a iva , do you need to produce a wage slip every month , even though you are making payments on time....?

also, what happens if a company turns down your iva offer, can you applly again , with another offer ?
