Hello Everybody I just been reading a few posts on here about the length of time some people wait for their certificate, in some cases six to twelve months! Is this normal?! A lot of these spam text messages ask you to text the word STOP to stop further messages, it's important that you DON'T do this as it's all part of the scam and just confirms to them that they have a valid phone number to send further texts to!

Completely agree with you there Foggy, I have been in complete tears over my IVA sometimes and Melanie has always sorted it!

I read some on the posts on the forum about other peoples IP's and it horrifies me the way some of them are treated, it's like they are just a "number" to these Debt companies.
