How do the IVA company and myself arrange a remortgage to release equity in year 4 if no one is going to give you a mortgage due to credit rating from being in an IVA?

So how do the IVA company arrange for you to remortgage in the fourth year of your IVA to release equity if no one is going to take you on due to bad credit rating?
