Hello everyone. We have found out our house is now worth more than we anticipated but it doesnt seem to help! if only all IP's could be as straight talking as you are.
If we choose to speak with you regarding an IVA would you normally recommend going onto a DMP while the IVA process is going through? Would this limit the amount of phone calls we are likely to receive from creditors?

The joint loan is approx 5k paying 100 a month, i wonder if they would let her take out a loan in her own name to pay this off and remove me all together? or is that the same thing? I just dont want to drag her down with me if you understand my meaning.
