My IVA was accepted on June 15th 2007. Most of the default dates are reported on or before this date. However, some banks will continue reporting until 31st August 2013 !!! In particular the Cooperative Bank intend to continue reporting until 31st March 2014 !!! In both instances, the period is well...

Hi dots my IVA was approved mid June. Remortgage was complete early July. Got a fixed rate of 6.6% for 3 years. Not bad considering I had 4 defaults and a CCJ tacked against me! I hate Amex as a creditor because they caused me all sorts of crap. They instigated the CCJ and tried to get a charging or...

Hi Melanie thanks for the reply. I will keep an eye on the register. I knew Andy would chip in after making a comment like that! Bristol is looking good for me. Many thanks to other forum members for their kind support since early May this year. After one failed IVA proposal with SYNERGI and payment...

Hi Melanie Yes it was very fast and efficient. To be honest I was thinking along the lines of 6 months or so. How long will my details remain on the insolvency register? Anyway, if I am an old sweat then Andy must be a very old sweat! I must admit the Bristol venue looks tempting. I would like to me...

Hi hara If your IVA has been accepted by your creditors and the problem creditor is included in your list then no further legal action will take place. Your IP should take care of that for you. I have a CCJ against me thanks to Synergi and their poor advice but when Melanie took on my case she stopp...
