So exactly how does this work ?.
Say i had debts of £30,000 & i started the IVA about 4 years ago & paid some of the money off the debt,
then i found out that i had an inheritance of say £30,000,

Is it the starting balance that you have to pay from your inheritance for the balance remaining ????

Oh god you've got me worried now, they are a charity & don't charge for there services but he said to me that they pass on to Carrington George who deal with the IVA's.

Is Barclays associated with any other banks ?.

We have opened a basic bank account there & i just wanted to make sure that there not linked to any of my creditors....which i don't think they are

We sent all our paperwork etc to our IP & they have received it last Friday.

How long normally is it before they contact you ?.

We are using Carrington George Associates.
