Yes i think around 100000 with the way house have shot up i no to get my amount of loan hiw it going to be betewwen 4 to 5 tines income without the debts

There is no ccjs on my credit account up to the meeting on the 2/3/2012
As everything is upto date Will they still put ccjs on these accounts

They agreed the i v a just got to email them back
How long will the bank accounts stay open as the charges are quite a lot
Will they be frozen from the meeting date or much later
Legally were does this now stand

My first meeting on Friday but looks like after fees they r only getting

they r offering to put foward 18000 as payment in 60 mths but r charging 20% ip fees on payment and equilty approx 12000 and 3600 to 3rd party and looks like final payment in year 5 as remortgage or 3rd party loan or 12 ths extra payment( they reckoning 4% growth in equity in growth pa ) I THINK THE...

sorry i ment that she had put £30000 down as deposit to my £8000 when we brought the house now they saying that all equity is to be spit 50/50 but she only owes 13000 debt to mt my 35000
please could u advise if u think im being misled if so can i told them the approval is to be changed
