Sure no problem, i was with Debt Free Direct. Didn't expect to get it until March / April time tbh. Despite having had no payments to make since November it's nice to have the certificate in hand !!

That's me all done and dusted, made my final payment in November and received my certificate of completion on Saturday !! The added bonus was a check for one months payment. Mine is as good as any master card, it is a master card just a prepay. Have even used it in Ireland !! can even use it as a bank account and set up direct debits from it. It's linked to my Paypal as well.

Will do, I last spoke to them in December and they told me I will have a few months to wait until I get my cert but just to be patient and enjoy the extra money I now have lol. I can't fault them though they have been very good

I was with DFD and they would just send out my annual review statement about 4-8 weeks after the review. It would detail and payment increases I needed to make. Dont worry this will only happen if your expenditure is lower than when you took the IVA out or you have had a decent pay rise
