I think who you are with is likely to make a difference here. I was with GT and got my CC last week just over a year after my final payment.

Have any of the other waiting people had a MVM and if so when was it? Mine was 23rd (I think) May and was supposedly going to get certificate by end of June but now mid to late August.

Today is a bank holiday in Northern Ireland so I guess there's no one there today. Don't understand why no one there until Tuesday though....

Am trying to work out whether once I do hav my completion certificate it will be ok for me to have been in an IVA or not. I don't especially want to change bank accounts (and XH would need to as well as he's with the Co op too).
