If this bulletin board had not existed I would have had a very frustrating time.
RSM Tenon finally created a system to deal with VAT/PPI and as a result
my friend's IVA is coming to a successful conclusion (BTW thanks for the f&f advice).

Have RSM Tenon closed any cases recently ?

BTW Tenon have just sacked 60% of their staff.

Why don't IVAs just reclaim the VAT ?

My IVA has stalled because of the VAT Ruling.
Have the HMRC returned any VAT ?

Firstly can I thank eveyone who has helped me with this. RSM Tenon has been guided by the Insolvency Practitioner's Association (IPA) and their release dated 12 January 2012. RSM Tenon have just informed me that they are not closing cases.

RSM Tenon who appear to be having problems at the moment.
I hope my creditors' money is ringfenced.

I recently came to the end of my own IVA but my Creditors have yet to be paid because of "a degree of uncertainty with regards to the Nominee's and Supervisor's VAT".
Can anyone throw any light on this problem ?
