I had the same from DFD and read it very carefully, it is really to aid a quicker closure of your IVA. My only advice is to return it recorded delivery so that it has to be signed for. Like you at the beginning, I was very worried that I would be rejected as there was no Plan B. I was reassured however, by being told that due to the amount of work proposing a new IVA it is not undertaken lightly and therefore will only be put forward if it has a very good chance of being accepted....
