Thank you for the advice how do I find Judith Anderson, I think we have paid what we owe and more, I rang DFD today got a copy of what's been paid in 20,200 to date and we owed 17,500 in debts so would like to know why we can't end the IVA x

Just an update, after thinking and going mad all weekend about the money, I had to ring again today so glad I did, got a really nice man who understood why I was quite upset over the matter, £4607 paid to PPI company they use for the PPI I claimed myself trough the fsca and shouldn't have been paid ...

Spoke to DFD and yeah its right, Well I'm in total shock after paying £19211.17, over 4years we only paid £4876.13 off the debts. we owed just over £17000 at the start of the IVA, that's £14335.04 in fees and VAT

But I did the claim myself for missing selling of our morgage so no fees, and no other PPI so it's not fees for PPI I'm trying to ring gain but I'm hold just want ths sorting its sickening to think we paid more in fees than the debs just don't make any sense to me x
