cahoot have put a default date of 12/10/2006, when the start date of the iva was 04/09/2006, obviously next month the others will be off my credit report, but this will linger another month, which is what i dont want. How do i get them to alter it to what it should be.

I've sent several requests now to tesco bank at their various addresses along with my completion certificate to update my credit file since early january and they are the only ones who havn't updated, all the rest have kindly have. If I send the creditors a copy of my certificate proving the completion, will that speed things up as far as getting the defaults to show satisfied and £0 balance on my credit report with the 3 credit reference agencies?

My iva has been completed, I received my certificate which was on the 12th december and my name is now of the insolvency register.
How long does it take the defaults to become satisfied
