Totally agree that's its unfair, especially that she has put her notice in from her old job too start this. It has got us on tender hooks awaiting there email from HR department.

This payment is including interest. I have the breakdown of monies that came with the cheque. My IP was informed prior to recieving the cheque, I was told then that I would be able to keep all the amount . Did not know amount at that time though.

never spoke to my IP. Only advisers, Now we are in contact with think money complaints dept. Who have told me today that there have been failings on there behalf and have reviewed phone calls over the past year. I am awaiting the cd's of these calls as i am taking the matter further.

Thanks for the reply. Before the IVA started, Santander wanted us to sell the car and give them a percentage of the monies we got for it. I would not at that time, so I would think they might do that again.

Hi ALL!
Need some advice? Is it possible to get the finance company to lift the HPI on our car that's in the IVA.
Need to sell the car to get 2 cars for work for me and my wife. My IP has just told me that they are fine with me selling car. but I would need to speak to Santander to lift the HP off.

Income was average at £317 from August 2012 to January 2013. I do not know how they came to this figure.
