If all else fails you can force the credit file agencies to have the entry corrected as you have the Court evidence and the entry is therefore providing incorrect information and is in breach of the Data Protection Act and the data storing industry protocols. I've forced them to actually remove entr...

Thanks Kelly I had a few with Max Recovery and they have marked the debts as satisfied on receipt of the completion certificate. Just seems really weird that - what should be a non existant debt- can be sold on more that 6 months after completion. Does anyone have a working route to Max Recovery/Eve...

Be very careful about including redundancy. It might have to last a fair time while you look for work. After four years and with the PPI money there might be enough in the pot to make a f&f with the money to date on the basis you're unlikely to get a job in the near future Discuss with your IP it's ...

Congratulations.
Just a tip ask the closure team if they can send you a full electronic copy. It'll make sending to companies easier
Check the Insolvency Register as you probably drop off in the next few days

Even funnier I found out that years ago I had signed up with Experian and my ID and password still work. Info looked the same but wanted £14.99 amonth to give memy report. Guess there just tighter on the £2 report. I've sent a page print and a sarcastic note to ask why one but not the other. Passes ...

Funny Experian took the £2 before saying they didn't recognise me. Thought that was just mean and a bit naughty. Suppose I'll never know why. Wonder if I pay for one of their super duper expensive services they'll find me or once again will they take the money and then say I don't match. Btw working...

Hi Vixster While I do say don't pick the scab getting the default dates sorted isnt picking neither is getting your IVA off your records. Six years from the start thats the law. Let the credit agencies do the work. They make money from storing the correct information. Raise a despute - copy the certi...
