Hi Folks. I completed my IVA 19 months ago now, with DFD. They used EIF to chase for PPI cash. Well today I got a letter from one of the banks , saying they have reviewed a complaint that EIF made and are now offering to pay me £550. I've been sent a load of applications to fill in for them again, 18 months after i did them originally.

I moved from Lloyds to Natwest when I entered into a Debt management plan, I have had no problem with them since going into my IVA 5 years ago.

Anyway turns out I was wrong and I make my final payment next week [:)] I was told it would then take between 6 and 8 months to finalise everything and get my certificate. Was just won...

I have had a letter today from DFD saying they are seeking to amend the terms and conditions which govern the administration of my arrangement. Seems to be geared towards simplifying the distribution of funds and addressing the complications with PPI claims. It looks from a quick read to be a good t...

I had a phone call yesterday from Equity in Finance yesterday asking if I had got the letter. I said that I had and that it raised some questions as I don't recall ever taking out PPI or if I did it was years ago and I had no problem with it, the guy I was speaking to said that after the claims were...
