I'm still waiting too since Nov 2011.. They should get penalised or fined in order to get their act together. They cant be allowed to make customers wait so long.. They seem to have enough staff for gettin new clients in and ensuring every penny is handed over but at the end they dont give a hoot .....

Made my last payment in november and 8 months on I am still awaiting a completiion certificate from them with VAT issue having been resolved so there should be no hold up whatsoever.. I enquired...
