I made my last IVA payment on 1/2/17 and the company has issued a letter of completion. Some people have suggested I send a copy of the letter to credit checking agencies. Is this correct ? if so who and where do i send them..

Good morning I am in the process of sorting out my last year in IVA as well as getting a property value I need to get current mortgage statement. What figure do IVA company use to calculate equity. Outstanding balance or settlement figures. Thanks

I have now arranged for an estate agent to value flat for equity release in last year of iva. He asked if I wanted him to value on cash buy/ investor . Is this ok . I explained I need valuation for financial reasons

I have now been ask to get property valuations as I have 5months left. Any advice on companies that will give free valuations

Hi does anyone know of any reasonably priced independant valuers in Brighton/Hove area . I looked on line and 1 surveyor is looking to charge £390 and another £220.

Thank I am waiting for my IVA company to contact me however if my property is valued around the 180000/181000 mark then I would just fall short of the 5.k. Zoopla estimates seem much much to high. The company I am with is Harrington brooks not sure if any one has experience with them.
