When originally accepted i was on Acting up pay, which stopped 6 month into iva. My Payments have been based on this ever since, so therefore i do not benefit any from the 10% 50/50 rule. Thanks Kazza,our circumstances have changed i have lost overtime allowance and we have came to the end of our Mortgage deal up by 106 per month, on the call i was also advised that i owed 244 from April to Sept 2010???? i questioned this and askl her to explain the terms of the IVA, which no apparen...
