entered into an iva 2 months ago and one of the debts was an overpayment in tax credits. today we received an award notice saying that our weekly tax credits are going up by £40 per week. will our iva payment increase because of this or are benefit payments not classed as income??

entered into iva 2 months ago, we received a letter today to say our tax credit payments are being increased by £40 a week, will we have to pay this extra money into our iva or are benefit payments not included in the 10/50/50 rule

my wife and i are about to enter into a joint iva and she does home childcare. what would happen if her esrnings increased/decreased as obviously the number of children she is caring for will change often
