Now I have finally got some clarification from Payplan and they told me the request for an annual review only 6 months after the last one was a mistake I am much happier. I have not had any problems with them until this past week. I am sure it was a glitch and things will better from now on.

It may be that the creditors are bringing pressure to bear, that does not stop the companies communicating clearly with their clients.
