My little boy was 6 weeks old when we entered into our IVA, that little 6 week old is now a boisterous 19 month old with a 3 month old brother! I was in a bad mood before, but i realised its their loss you can't judge anyone properly until you have walked a mile in their shoes.... so how dare they presume im no good for the job just because i decide to get my debts under control! I wont be made to feel ashamed like i am a criminal when i am...

Well, i applied again...1 week later i have received an email to say there are better candidates so unfortunately will not be going for an interview - so there you have it guys, more and more firms lately are judging us on our credit status in order to get a job - shame on them!

Thanks, i do have a job but i am on maternity leave until March. I have been told i have to go back full time as its a full time role and cnt do it part time....but if i go back full time my whole salary will get swallowed up by nursery and travel fees so i wouldnt be able to help hubby with the bil...

Hi i am not sure but think you should speak to your IP and explain. I am sure they will be able to help as the IVA is supposed to help us pay our debts not for us to struggle (like we did before IVA). Good luck and let us know how you get on x

You can fail your IVA bynot paying, but you will be back to square one with your creditors....

2 years ago i wouldnt have thought anything of a payday loan, today 17 months into my IVA these adverts make me so angry!! Scary to think how many people are going to end up in IVA's or bankrupt due to these robbing gets preying on desperate people in desperate times!! [:(!]

Oh im having an off day...annoyed with myself for being in this mess and got 2 young boys that i am going to drum into them from an early age to save save save and to stay away from credit! Why not give your IP a call check when you should stop paying etc and that everything is up to date on course for completion! Well done for nearly completing im very jealous!
