I spoke to the landlord directly when I viewed the house. Told him the truth but showed him my references and gave him the number of my existing landlord to call if he wanted to. He then sorted it with the letting agency.

Is there any way I can get a confirmation of how much PPI has been claimed so far on my behalf. If I contact GT or EIC are they obliged to tell me?

Does GT clean up my credit file? I don't really understand how it works.

The reason I ask is I looked on Noddle and a few of my creditors now say "satisfied" or "settled."

How did Noddle get this information.

I'm sure I was told by GT that I get to keep the 8% interest on any PPI they claim. Does anyone know if this is true?

We are in the same situation and have 3 years left of a 7 year IVA. Yesterday they held a variation meeting and they have accepted payments to date. They are pursuing PPI and have said we will have our CC in 6 months!!

Do you mind if I ask what the final p in £ was to the creditors? I am sort of in the same boat and wondering if they will accept my payments to date as well.

Just spoke to Grant Thornton and they say that they have received almost £15k in PPI on our behalf. They are going to offer a full and final to the creditors but they are not sure they will accept.
