Well I spoken to the Iva company, I have to redo my expense and expendisure with proof of what i am spending... then work on a catch up plan...

thanks for your quick reply, i give them a ring to try to resolve the issue... My concern is that i missed payments now and won't listen to my issues and write them off as 'excuses' to not to pay...
