Hi. We are almost half way through our iva - the best thing we ever did! I have just completedctax credits renewal using p60 figures and our income is down about £2000 for 2012/13. My husband got a new job and although no difference in income there is a difference on paper due to the crossover with ...

I feel quite let down by my company at the moment. We have had a few teething problems since starting our iva last year but we seem to be fobbed off with creditors coming out on top. I fully understand that we got ourselves into this mess and would do everything we can to repay what we borrowed. We ...

Just been Reading through my chairpersons report and there is no mention of one of my creditors which was included and signed for in my proposal. The debt is for £96 which is considerably less than my other loans and cards but does this mean I don't have it covered by my iva even though it was in at...

All approved with one alteration. Payments been put up slightly because we have mortgage protection insurance. A small price to pay to get us out of our current mess. Thank you for all your messages. It's so nice knowing you're not alone. A huge relief and sleep tonight.

Creditors meeting is tomorrow. Can't wait for 3pm to arrive so I know whether I'm on the road to recovery. Sincerely hope I get the result I need. Natwest have already closed my accounts and my 3 other credit card accounts are unaccessible to view. Could that be a good sign maybe?

Thank you, I couldn't see anywhere where it specifically stated that they were interlocking. There are two agreements to be signed but some of the debts on them are joint.

Received our proposal documents today - is it bizzarre to feel slightly excited that soon (all being well with meeting) that my life may start to feel normal again, not dreading the postman coming, not yelling at my two little children because I can't afford a toy for them in poundland, and not argu...
